Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Supervisor, Client Services, the primary purpose of the Administrative Support III is to answer a 1-800 line, perform data entry and assist with generating, printing and mailing of large volumes of correspondence. This position is the first point of contact for the public and healthcare professionals inquiring about the provincial Screening Programs. The employee provides clients with basic cervical health, breast screening, colorectal cancer screening and service/accessibility information and utilizes a variety of resources and applications to provide consistent, accurate information and high quality customer service. Can be physically demanding and must be able to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods and sit for long periods. For more information please go to www.screeningforlife.ca.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
