Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary graduate of Medical Office Assistant or Office Administration course. 1 to 2 years experience in Administration support. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Able to lift, carry and move heavy objects (tables, chairs and boxes of supplies). Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with a range of community stakeholders and service providers. Must have good time management skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical transcription would be an asset. Experience in database programs, would be an asset.
