Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Post-Secondary Secretarial certificate required (related education or equivalent experience will be considered). Computer/software education or experience is essential. Knowledge of computer technology and applications including website administration, office or business application, database (VAX, Access, Oracle, ePeople, ARHMIS, eClinician, or other), PowerPoint, and spreadsheets is essential. Transcription experience and knowledge of transcription software such as EditScript is required. Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and public relations skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:Other relevant Business or Office training is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical terminology is an asset. Minimum of 2-3 years progressively responsible experience in a Health/Mental Health care background is an asset.
