Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Graduate of post-secondary secretarial or office/business program is required. Combination of experience and education may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:Proficient and accurate skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office software suite. Strong communication skills, tact, good judgment to deal effectively with the public. Ability to work in a busy office environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Ability to take minutes. Excellent English grammar skills, strong interest in and knowledge of the medical language and terminology. Minimum one year in a mental health setting.
