Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous related experience with customer service focus and in health care setting required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access required. Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to prioritize and organize work assignments with minimal direction. Must be able to tolerate prolonged sitting and various keyboarding tasks for 70-80% of the day.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary training in office management preferred. Experience with eclinician or electronic medical records an asset.
