Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Post-secondary education in office or business administration required. Experience working with diverse populations with addiction and mental health concerns required. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, high volume and stressful situations diplomatically required.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Edmonton Zone addiction and mental health resources preferred. Experience with eClinician or other electronic medical record preferred. Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred. Excellent and accurate Edit Script & EMON skills preferred.
