Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of a post-secondary education i.e. Diploma, certification or undergrad. Ability to sit/stand as well as twisting, bending and reaching for long periods of time for the purpose of data entry or working at the drop in service. Ability to be adaptable and work in a high pace frequently changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service related position within the last 3 years. Experience providing administrative support in a healthcare/medical related setting within the last 3 years. Completion of a Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant certificate program. Experience working in the COVID assessment centre. Proficient with computer programs – Outlook, MS Office, Skype, SharePoint.
