Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Excellent Verbal and written communication. Customer Service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year experience within the last two (2) years in a health care medical office setting or in the Health Care, specifically front line. Experience in the following multi-tasking. Experience in patient/client scheduling. Experience working in busy office area. Ability to Multi Task. Ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Critical thinking and ability to demonstrate flex.
