Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a health related field preferred (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered). 1-2 years’ experience in a clinical trials/research setting. An understanding of clinical trial start-up, processes, documents and prior data entry experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat programs. An ability to multi-task effectively in a busy area with multiple interruptions and competing demands. Prior experience working with databases and knowledge of document management systems required. Able to lift and transport large volumes of charts, binders, lab kits, boxes, etc., to various areas on a regular basis, boxes up to 25 lbs. Able to push and pull loaded carts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience completing or maintaining clinical trials documentation. Prior experience with databases or document management systems. Training in Good Clinical Practice, ICH and Health Canada Regulatory requirements.
