Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

You will demonstrate strong communication, professionalism and customer service skills; be self-directed; demonstrate time management, confliction resolution, and decision-making skills and foster collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team. This position requires rotational shifts and may pose a risk for contact with blood and/or other body fluids. You will be required to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) for the entirety of your shift (up to 8 hours) which includes: facemask, gown, gloves and face shield. Minimum 1 year experience working with the public in a customer service or support role involving daily contact with clients in the last 3 years. Strong communication skills using verbal and/or written formats.
