Required Qualifications:

A minimum of high school completion, plus at least five years related experience is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and similar software applications combined with aptitude to learn new software. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to anticipate needs and initiate actions based on information and resources available. Ability to quickly build trusting relationships. Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. Strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to work with others to achieve common goals with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to be able to move seamlessly through varied scenarios and competing priorities daily. Critical thinking, analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Demonstrating capability as well as patience and flexibility in facilitating stakeholders with processes. Ability to maintain confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary education and designation as a Qualified Administrative Assistant or equivalent is an asset. Health Care and Occupational Health and Safety experience is an asset. Change Management experience.
