Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma or certificate from an accredited health related program in a regulated profession (e.g. Social Work, LPN).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum education requirements of the job: Diploma or certificate in an approved health related program in a regulated profession (e.g. Social Work, LPN). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook). Skills and Experience: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others. Familiar with Indigenous cultures and practices, particularly around health care issues. Knowledge of problems encountered by Indigenous people in using health care services, and of health care systems providing care to Indigenous people. Knowledge of health care and community services available to Indigenous clients. Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative manner. Ability to be organized and self-directed. Ability to effectively problem solve. Demonstrates good written skills and use of relevant computer software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of indigenous language an asset.
