Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:MLT experience within the last 2 years working in a Laboratory Information Centre. Experience in a Call Centre environment. Working knowledge of the Epic Beaker module, Millennium, Genesys Phone System, Netcare and Muse. Ability to handle a large amount of work efficiently and effectively, given exposure to continual interruptions. Courses, certificates or training in communication, customer service, process improvement and change management. Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
