Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Anatomical Pathology is strongly preferred. Experience in a Clinical Laboratory environment and knowledge of the Epic Beaker laboratory information system. Successful demonstration of laboratory skills and data entry. Experience in inventory control, specimen handling, equipment maintenance of pathology equipment including: cryostats, cassette labelers, balances, and grossing stations is preferred.
