Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent and relevant experience and competency in phlebotomy techniques within the last year. Recent and relevant experience in RRL setting or an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity within the last 2 years. Experience with neonatal skin puncture within the last year. Experience with EPIC. Proficiency in data entry. Experience in outpatient lab one patient flow process. Demonstrates excellent reliability, accuracy, productivity and quality of work in adherence to policies, procedures and performance standards. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in outpatient lab one patient flow process. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs. Courses or certificates in personal leadership development, conflict resolution or change management. Ability to walk extensively.
